AIR FRYER POACHED EGGS

AIR FRYER POACHED EGGS

Poached eggs in an air fryer are a delicious new method that eliminates the need to watch over the burner. They are a tasty and nutritious substitute for regular fried eggs, and they are quick and simple to prepare. Furthermore, there isn’t any spilled water to clean up after.

The preparation time is three minutes.

COOK TIME: Five minutes
COMPLETE TIMEFive minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Two big eggs
  2. mist of oil. Ghee Butter is what I use.
  3. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  4. Six teaspoons of boiling water
  5. Toast is optional.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Set the air fry/air crisp setting to 350 °F (177 °C) for three minutes.
  • Once the “ready” timer sounds, lightly mist each ramekin with oil and gently stroke the edges with your finger. The food brush is an alternative.
  • Three to four teaspoons of hot water
  • Crack an egg into each ramekin gently.
  • Straight into the air fryer basket or tray, place the ramekins.
  • Simmer for five to seven minutes. The desired level of doneness for the yolk will determine the time. Please see the cooking chart for poached eggs below.
  • After they are done, take the ramekins out of the air fryer.
The eggs may then be carefully removed from the ramekins using a rubber spatula.
  • Try round the ramekins’ edge with a knife if the eggs are stuck.
When the eggs are free, carefully move them to a platter or place them on bread that has been heated. To taste, season with salt and pepper, and savor!
